Finding and Thanking Large Donors

Running your nonprofit, you want to thank all of your donors, because after all, you are grateful aren’t you? But sometimes, there are a few donors who deserve an extra phone call. Let’s see how easy it is for Integro to find the ones you care about most.

Create Your List of Large Donors

Let’s use Integro’s amazing Lists feature to track your large donors as they come in.

Create Your List

Create a new List by clicking on the Lists link in the Navigation bar at the top, Create a new List, and name it New Large Donors.

Set Your Filters

Scroll down to the filter criteria and add the following filter criteria:

Donation – Amount = Set the Amount > 5000

Contact – Updated At = Sort by -> Desc

Now any new donor over 5000 will show up on our Dashboard!

Check Your Dashboard

Now as new Donors come into Integro (wire in your financial software with Zapier, or upload from your remove donations platform), you’ll be able to track them here for quick follow up. You’ve got them sorted by updated time, so comment on them as you work with each donor and they’ll drop to the bottom of the list. This way you always know who your top priorities to contact are.
